Password recovery

Request a reset link

This screen lets users with email and password request a reset link. The response is cautious and does not publicly confirm whether the email exists.

User email It must be the email linked to the administrative user or to a password-based user.

Worker PIN This recovery does not change the PIN used at clocking points.

Outgoing email The link will only arrive if the server has mail sending configured.

Security The final message is generic to avoid revealing valid accounts to third parties.

If you do not receive the email, check spam or ask Administration to update the password from Users.
